How to Book Your Trip

We don’t have fixed dates or villages — we go when the group and weather are good

Calendar

1. Set Your Tentative Dates

Check the live calendar → choose any 2–8 week window you’re free.
See how many others are interested.

Group

2. We Form the Group

When 6–8 people overlap → we lock the dates.
You’ll get a personal WhatsApp/email to confirm & pay.

Weather

3. We Pick the Village

Based on weather and local conditions, we choose the most beautiful untouched ethnic village.

Setup

4. Setup & Disappear

We travel with you, set up the full portable camp.
Then we leave — online support only.
At the end: zero trace left.

How the Trip Actually Starts & Ends

We meet the entire group in Hanoi (usually at our office in Hoan Kiem or a central café).
From there we travel together to the chosen village.

Journey to the village: Most of the way is by comfortable private van/car. The last part may require motorbike support (we arrange everything) or a short walk/hike (30–90 minutes) with porters carrying your luggage — this is the only way to reach these untouched places.

Upon arrival, we introduce you to the village owner/host family, set up the full portable camp (bed, kitchen, light, 4G internet, shower, toilet, etc.), make sure everything works perfectly, and then our team leaves you in complete privacy.

End of the trip: On the last day we return to the village, help you pack, dismantle everything, and bring the whole group (and all equipment) back to Hanoi. We leave zero trace behind — the village looks exactly as it did before we arrived.
